How We've Adapted to COVID-19

Like all providers passionate about childcare and children’s development our duty of care obligations are our number one priority. A week before the government announcement of Lockdown that came into effect on the 23rd of March 2020 we took the decision to close our setting and re-opened on June the 1st 2020 in accordance with government guidelines.

As the early years are vital to a child development, we adapted to Covid-19 to the best of our ability, introducing ZOOM sessions with parents and children to ensure that our children did not miss out on vital learning time. We ensured that upon the children’s return the children had not fallen behind on vital learning of words, numbers and social interaction.

We would like to thank our mums and dads not only for their most gracious support of our childcare service but also for adapting to this unprecedented situation with us and helping us ensure their children did not fall behind despite the first government lockdown – We could not have done it without them!

In line with our obligation to safeguarding children, please click below to read our COVID-19 Policy and procedures which we have put in place at our setting.
